I am a physiotherapist and yoga teacher from Iran with over 20 years of international experience in rehabilitation, yoga therapy, and preventive movement sciences. My work integrates evidence-based physiotherapy with holistic practices to support people of all ages—whether recovering from neurological, orthopedic, or geriatric conditions, or simply seeking greater balance and well-being.
Having worked across Italy, Nepal, Sweden, and Iran, I bring a multicultural perspective and a passion for teaching, research, and innovation in health. My mission is to help each person find harmony between body and mind through personalized care, movement, and mindful practice.
